EuroMBE 2023 will be organized by the Institute for Optoelectronic Systems and Microtechnology (ISOM) of the Polytechnical University of Madrid (UPM). The workshop will take place in the campus of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, in the district of Ciudad Universitaria. The location is within easy reach of Madrid Barajas (Adolfo Suárez) Airport and at short distance from the historical centre of Madrid. In addition to the technical program, the workshop will offer delegates the opportunity to sample the cultural, historical and culinary delights of one of Europe's most vibrant capital cities This workshop gathers senior and young scientists from Europe and beyond in an informal and friendly atmosphere. It provides an unique opportunity for the presentation and open discussion of latest results on epitaxy of novel materials, nanostructures, new trends on MBE growth and modeling, devices and innovative technologies. The workshop will also offer exhibition space for companies to present new products and applications to the MBE community. EuroMBE 2023 follows the latest successful workshops held in L'Alpe d'Huez, France (2011), Levi, Finland (2013), Canazei, Italy (2015), Korobytsino, Russia (2017), and Lenggries, Germany (2019). |
